Refund policy
1. All Sales Are Final
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.
2. Reselling Tickets
If you’re unable to attend, you are welcome to resell your ticket. The new ticket holder must bring a copy of the original purchase confirmation and may be asked to show ID at check-in.
3. Event Cancellation or Major Changes
In the rare event that the entire event is cancelled or significantly altered (e.g. date or location change), Project 6IX will notify ticket holders directly and provide further instructions.
4. Event Postponement
•If the event is postponed, all purchased tickets will remain valid for the new date.
•If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, it is your responsibility to resell or transfer your ticket. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.
5. No Show
•Failure to attend the event does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund, regardless of reason.
•You do not need to notify us if you can’t make it. However, you are welcome to resell or transfer your ticket to someone else.
