1. Ticket Purchase and Admission

• Each ticket grants one individual access to the specified event on the date indicated.
• Tickets are non-refundable, however individuals may re sell their tickets and tickets mistakenly be presented on the event.
• We reserve the right to deny entry or remove any individual who violates event rules or engages in inappropriate behavior.

2. Event Changes and Cancellations

• We reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, lineup, or venue.
• In the event of cancellation, our refund policy (outlined below) will apply.

3. Limitation of Liability

• By attending our events, you assume all risks associated with participation.
• We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
